File your taxes with an IRS-certified volunteer
Tax preparation can be expensive, but it doesn’t have to be. You can file your taxes for free at one of Minnesota’s free tax preparation sites. You’ll work one-on-one with an IRS-certified volunteer who is passionate about taxes and will get you the maximum refund. Free actually means free! There are no hidden fees at free tax preparation sites.
Our volunteer free tax preparation sites are not open yet for the 2017 filing season. Please check back in late-January for information about sites that will be open in 2017.
United Way 2-1-1 can also assist you in locating a free tax preparation site. Call United Way 2-1-1 at 1-800-543-7709.
